Details of the Job/Internship
Somandy & Associates is hiring a Junior Legal Associate to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal document preparation, assistance with legal issues, analytical support, client and team communication, maintenance of case files, and legal research.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal document preparation.
- Assist with legal issues and provide analytical support.
- Communicate with clients and senior associates.
- Maintain case files.
- Conduct legal research as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Expertise in legal principles and legal document preparation.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations is preferred.
- Prior experience in a legal or related field is an added advantage.
