Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support seniorattorneys in case preparations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts,agreements, and pleadings.
- Assist in client meetings, depositions, and courtproceedings as required.
- Conduct court visits and attend hearings to gatherinformation and support ongoing cases.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files anddocumentation.
