Details of the Job/Internship

VYUG™️ is hiring a Junior Legal Associate with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), partnership agreements, and various business contracts.
Handle all internal, vendor, and partnership-related legal documentation.
Maintain and organize a comprehensive repository of legal records and documents.
Identify and flag potential legal risks within contracts and operational activities.
Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex matters when required.
Support business operations to ensure the smooth and secure execution of daily activities.
Work directly with the founders to align legal documentation with business goals.

Eligibility

LLB degree (Mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in contract drafting and legal documentation.
Strong understanding of basic contract law and legal principles.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Preferred: Prior exposure to startup or tech environments.
Preferred: Fundamental understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) laws.
