Details of the Job/Internship

Zen Media LLP is hiring a Junior Legal Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its legal team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in property transactions, due diligence, and real estate documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on advertisement, real estate, and commercial laws.
• Attend client meetings and communicate legal advice to stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize legal records and documents.
• Manage litigation, attend courts (District, High Court, and forums), and brief counsels.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of prior legal work experience.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertisement compliance, real estate laws, and contract drafting preferred.

Salary/Stipend
