Details of the Job/Internship

The Legal Savvy is hiring Legal Consultants (fresh law graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch) to join its office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on financial law and dispute resolution, offering hands-on exposure to real-world legal and financial matters, client interaction, and structured training under senior professionals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on loan settlements, RBI guidelines, and consumer protection laws.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including settlement agreements, notices, and client correspondence.
• Support negotiation and dispute resolution processes with financial institutions and clients.
• Prepare case summaries and maintain legal documentation.
• Stay updated on legal developments related to debt recovery and financial laws.
• Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide legal assistance under supervision.
• Contribute to business development by identifying and onboarding new clients.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in office meetings.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates (2024 or 2025 batch) with a BBA LL.B. (5-year integrated) or LL.B. (3-year programme).
• Basic understanding of contract law, banking regulations, and financial dispute resolution.
• Good legal research and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
• Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana who can work from the Hyderabad office.

Salary/Stipend
