Details of the Job/Internship
Air Charter Service (ACS) is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel in Mumbai with 0-2 years of experience, preferably in-house.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, NDAs, and terms & conditions.
- Manage legal inquiries via the shared Legal mailbox and contract management system.
- Support company secretarial matters across global offices.
- Advise on data privacy regulations, including reviewing data processing agreements.
- Handle litigation matters and report to senior management.
- Assist in employment law matters when required.
- Work closely with sales, compliance, and senior management teams.
Eligibility
- 0-2 years of post-qualification experience (In-house legal experience preferred).
- Qualified to practice Indian law, with a valid Bar registration.
- Experience in company secretarial and commercial law is desirable.
- Contract drafting and negotiation experience is an advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones (India/UK/US).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in another language is a plus.
