Details of the Job/Internship
Confidential is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its legal team. The role involves supporting the Group’s operations by providing legal advice and contributing to the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements. The position is fully remote and engaged under a Service Provider Agreement, with annual compensation ranging from €22,000 to €24,000.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Providing high-quality legal advice on commercial matters related to the Group’s operations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating reports, processes, and guidelines of the Group’s business operations.
- Undertaking tasks and projects relating to the Group’s established processes.
- Interacting with public authorities when required.
Eligibility
- 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
- Law degree.
- Barrister or Solicitor licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Master’s degree in Intellectual Property, Corporate, or Commercial Law is an advantage.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Experience in data protection and regulatory or compliance matters is an advantage.
- Experience with EUIPO, WIPO, and IP-related matters is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Greek or Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office or G Suite.
- Knowledge of Asana and Ironclad is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple matters, and adherence to high professional standards and work ethics.

€22,000 to €24,000.
