Details of the Job/Internship

Katyayani is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Bhopal.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and reports.
• Conduct legal research for case preparation and documentation.
• Manage and maintain legal records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and stakeholders for timely documentation.
• Participate in legal meetings and briefings.
• Maintain confidentiality of legal files and client information.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
• Exposure to contracts, IPR, or civil law matters (preferred).
• Interest in corporate law, consumer law, IPR, or civil law (preferred).

Salary/Stipend
