Details of the Job/Internship

Orascom Construction PLC is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel with experience of 0 to 3 years to join their office in Cairo.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and Draft contracts to maintain the department record.
• Coordinate and review contractual terms and conditions with legal/counsel and corporate staff.
• Develop forms and templates for business initiatives.
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations.
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Provide clarifications on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization. 
• Ensure that the employee is working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, and is fully aware of his job risk assessment and environmental aspects.

Eligibility

• Education/ Qualifications Bachelor of Law or J.D Degree.
• Work Experience: 0-3 years of Experience in a related Business Environment.
• Language: Excellent English and Arabic Language. 
• Computer Skills: Good Command of Microsoft Office.

Salary/Stipend
