Details of the Job/Internship

Traydstream is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and support the negotiation of NDAs, partnership agreements, reseller agreements, and statements of work (SOWs).
• Assist in the preparation and management of customer and supplier contracts using standard templates.
• Maintain and organize the firm's contracts repository and comprehensive legal records.
• Support the update and maintenance of standard form agreements and legal precedents.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for routine daily business queries.
• Assist with basic Intellectual Property (IP), data protection (GDPR), and SaaS-related legal issues.
• Identify and escalate material risk issues to the General Counsel for further review.
• Balance legal drafting with administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (or equivalent) with 1–3 years of experience.
• Preferred: 12–24 months of prior in-house legal experience.
• Solid understanding of contract law and confidence in reviewing commercial agreements.
• Prior exposure to NDAs, SOWs, and standard commercial contracts.
• Interest in SaaS, technology, or fintech environments.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong desire to develop under senior legal supervision.
