Details of the Job/Internship

Hikvision India is hiring for the position of Junior Legal Executive and Product Compliance to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil and 138 NIA recovery matters.
• Attend and represent companies in court.
• Draft and reply to legal notices, submitting timely MIS reports.
• Ensure all court-related records are kept up to date.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand Marathi.
• Possess a solid understanding of litigation documentation, client relationship building, and court procedures.
