Aliens Group is are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Executive/ Associate as part of their legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents including complaints, motions, pleadings, affidavits, and other legal correspondence for civil, criminal, and land litigation.
• Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conduct thorough legal research on various cases
• Stay updated with the latest legal precedents, statutory changes, and regulatory developments.
• Assist in managing and organizing case files, ensuring that all documents are filed correctly and timely.
• Support senior legal staff in case preparation, including compiling evidence, organizing exhibits, and preparing case summaries.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) 
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to civil litigation, property matters/ land matters.
• Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminologies related to civil, criminal, and land law.
• Excellent drafting and writing skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research tools and databases.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
