Avishi Projects LLP, part of Prism Logistics Pvt Ltd, is hiring a Junior Legal Executive in Kolkata with 1-2 years of experience in the real estate sector.
Role and Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge in legal drafting like notices, petitions/plants, sale agreements, sale deeds and etc.
- Sound knowledge in searching for property documents and registration process.
- MIS reports daily.
- Visit courts and attend conferences.
Eligibility
- Experience- minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate field or court practice
- Qualifications- must have a Law degree and AIBE-cleared
