Details of the Job/Internship

Ruloans Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Legal Executive to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and assist in drafting service agreements with vendors and financial institutions.
• Support contract negotiations, revisions, and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research on corporate law, NBFC/fintech regulations, and compliance issues.
• Prepare research notes, legal summaries, and regulatory impact analyses.
• Assist in drafting legal notices.
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters.
• Maintain master sheets, track case statuses, and updates.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Internship experience in law firms and/or in-house legal teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, Contract Act, and Intellectual Property Rights.
• Understanding of RBI and SEBI regulations.
