Details of the Job/Internship

Finaurt is hiring a Legal Intern to join its office in Sector 67, Gurugram, Haryana. The role is on-site and offers hands-on exposure to legal and compliance work in a fast-growing start-up environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing labour compliance agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assisting in labour law compliances, returns, and maintenance of statutory registers.
• Supporting intellectual property matters including trademarks, documentation, basic filings, and hearing support.
• Assisting in drafting policies, terms and conditions, and internal documents.
• Helping with the preparation and dispatch of legal notices.
• Supporting the team in day-to-day legal and compliance assignments.

Eligibility

• Law students or recent graduates with an interest in labour laws and intellectual property laws.
• Basic understanding of legal drafting and compliance frameworks.
• Good command over English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a start-up setup.
