Details of the Job/Internship

Godavari Commodities Ltd is hiring Junior Legal Manager with the experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintaining Database (Soft Copy & Hard Copy)
• Represent Company before Courts and/or any other Govt. /Pvt. body.
• Must be skilled in drafting, vetting, and preparing legal documents with extensive knowledge and interpretation skills, including notices etc., attending and negotiating the contracts with various clients.

Eligibility

• The candidate should possess good communication skills
• The incumbent should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in Corporate
• Basic Qualifications: LLB/B.A. LLB/ BBA.LL.B
