Details of the Job/Internship
Zeta Global is hiring a Junior Legal Operations Analyst for their Hyderabad office. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Hyderabad Office. The role is for Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours, which is currently 10.5 hours behind India Standard Time (IST). The working hours are 10:00am EST - 7:00pm EST (which includes an hour-long break).
Role and Responsibilities
- Review the terms and conditions of contracts, particularly of insertion orders
- Ferry contracts through Salesforce Deal Desk
- Coordinate with programmatic sales teams to process contracts
- Create, format, redline and revise simple agreements, letters, memos and other legal documents
- Support the review and signing process for NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, and other legal documents
- Correspond with domestic and international stakeholders, vendors, and partners as requested
- Help the department become more efficient through the use of ticketing systems
- Support the maintenance of our legal database and assist business teams in accessing necessary policies, contracts, and filings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the legal team to support local and international legal work
Eligibility
- This is an attorney role. Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university. Minimum 1–2-year post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity. International qualifications, including master’s degree or specialist accreditations, are highly regarded.
- Experience of contract management tool(s) and contract execution tool(s) will be a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in law, finance, and tech.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
- Excellent PC skills and systems skills; highly proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)Experience using Box, Jira, and Salesforce is helpful.
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones and countries.
- Technically capable, excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation and teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks.
- Must be meticulous and organized, with attention to detail.
- Must have a full proficiency to speak and write in English.
