Details of the Job/Internship
RemotePass is hiring a Junior Legal Operations Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join their remote legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and addenda.
- Support legal processes in onboarding, offboarding, and documentation across jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on employment laws and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal and compliance support.
- Develop and maintain internal playbooks, SOPs, and legal templates.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB/JD) from a recognized university.
- Bar membership or equivalent qualification in any country.
- 2–3 years of experience in an in-house legal team.
- Exposure to employment law, HR compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent English communication; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
