Details of the Job/Internship
Walter P Moore is hiring a Junior Legal Specialist – Corporate to join their Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including NDAs, license agreements, and project contracts.
- Assist with legal compliance under various laws, including labor laws.
- Support contract administration and review of terms in RFPs and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in company documents.
- Collaborate with corporate, marketing, HR, and finance teams on legal matters.
- Assist with company secretarial compliance.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Previous experience in the A/E/C industry or corporate legal environment is a plus.
- Pursuing Company Secretary course is an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
