Details of the Job/Internship
Shakti Group is hiring a Junior Legal Specialist to join their legal department in Thane.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare agreements, contracts, and legal correspondence in English and Marathi.
- Scan, organise, and maintain legal documents for efficient record management.
- Update and manage legal and departmental databases.
- Prepare, type, and format legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and typing tools for documentation tasks.
- Assist senior legal staff in preparing legal files and reports.
- Conduct basic legal research and support understanding of legal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document collection and information exchange.
- Communicate effectively in English and Marathi.
Eligibility
- S.S.C. / H.S.C.; preference for graduates (B.A., B.Com, LL.B).
- Freshers or recently qualified law graduates may apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in legal documentation or administrative legal work is an advantage.
