Details of the Job/Internship

Dhanutek Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to handle commercial contracts, transaction advisory, and startup legal support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and advise on commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence for companies.
• Provide transaction advisory support.
• Advise startups on venture capital transactions and assist with fundraising documentation.
• Work on structuring and executing transactions, including cross-border acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, investment agreements, and other ancillary documents.
• Advise on compliance with applicable laws for specific industries.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• L.LB and L.L.M degrees.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, transaction advisory, and venture capital deals.

Salary/Stipend
