Mehta & Associates is hiring a Junior Legal Associate – Litigation (Full-Time) to join their team at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and assist in litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and notices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Support in court filings and day-to-day court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Basic understanding of court procedures.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Prior litigation internship experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
