Aluwind Clean Tech Private Limited is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Liaison Officer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Authority Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities for all licensing, registration, and certification requirements relevant to the organization’s operations.
• Permissions and Clearances: Manage the process of obtaining necessary operational permissions through designated government platforms, ensuring full compliance with applicable policies and protocols.
• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed of any changes in applicable laws or guidelines, and promptly update internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of operational activities, certifications, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.
• Regulatory and Operational Authorities: Liaise with central and local agencies involved in overseeing relevant operations, especially when activities occur near sensitive or regulated zones.
• Law Enforcement Agencies: Proactively communicate with law enforcement bodies to inform them of planned operations and prevent potential misunderstandings or security issues.
• Local Government and Civic Bodies: Engage with municipal and civic entities to ensure transparency and compliance when operations impact public spaces or infrastructure.
• Inter-departmental Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication among operational teams, legal advisors, management, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Policy and SOP Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of internal standard operating procedures to guide safe and compliant practices.
• Advisory Support: Provide expert regulatory and procedural advice to leadership and operational teams regarding the feasibility and requirements of proposed activities.
• Public Communication: Prepare and distribute clear information to communities about the purpose and safety measures surrounding organizational activities.
• Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for public questions or concerns, and work constructively to address and resolve them.
• Promoting Responsible Practice: Represent the organization as a compliant, safety-conscious, and community-minded operator, strengthening its reputation with the public.
