Details of the Job/Internship

AQUILAW is seeking a Junior/Mid Level Litigation Associate to join their Mumbai team. Apply if you have a strong foundation in civil and commercial litigation, (experience in real estate and insolvency laws shall be a plus), and a passion for advocacy.

Expertise: High Court & City Court procedures, dispute resolution, commercial laws, and basic criminal litigation knowledge.

Eligibility

• Hands-on litigation & arbitration experience, intense research & drafting skills.
• Mumbai (Must be born, brought up & educated in Mumbai)

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
