Details of the Job/Internship

Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Senior Litigation Advocate with 2–3+ years of post-qualification experience to join their office in West Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of litigation and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and related documents.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
• Handle evidence, arguments, and enforcement proceedings.
• Drive matters towards timely and effective resolution.

Eligibility

• 2–3+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration.
• Consistent experience appearing before Delhi courts and tribunals.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, consumer, recovery, DRT, labour, and arbitration matters.
• Excellent drafting, pleading, and oral advocacy skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Preference for candidates residing in South West or West Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (gross).
