Details of the Job/Internship
Prashastha Legal is hiring a Junior Litigation Associate with 0–2 years of experience to join its office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before District Courts, High Court, and other legal forums in Bangalore.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, legal notices, and legal opinions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Coordinate with clients, court staff, and attend senior counsel briefings.
- Maintain case files and ensure timely tracking of court dates and updates.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university; enrolled with State Bar Council.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Sound knowledge of civil and criminal procedure laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
