Details of the Job/Internship
Gruve is hiring Junior Mergers & Acquisitions Executive to join them in Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and basic valuation modeling.
- Assist in due diligence processes and document review.
- Create and maintain deal documentation and transaction materials.
- Support the preparation of management presentations and pitch decks.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during deal execution.
- Maintain deal tracking systems and databases.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- MBA in finance is strongly preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance or consulting.
- Financial modeling and valuation fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of M&A processes.
- Knowledge of financial markets and deal structures.
- Data analysis and research capabilities.
- Proficiency in preparing professional presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
