Details of the Job/Internship

Pantheon Development is hiring a Junior Partner – Legal with 8–12 years of experience to join their Dubai office in UAE.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all transactional legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising complex contracts.
• Advise leadership on commercial transactions from term sheet to execution.
• Structure and negotiate real estate acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and development partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, Escrow Law, Strata Law, and free zone regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and oversee project registrations and escrow compliance.
• Provide strategic commercial legal advice to the Chairman and executive leadership.
• Support M&A, due diligence, and corporate restructuring activities.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage outside legal spend.
• Drive the adoption of AI-powered legal tools for contract review, risk analysis, and due diligence.
• Ensure quality control of AI-assisted legal outputs.
• Train and mentor junior team members on responsible AI usage.
• Oversee junior legal staff and approve their work.
• Develop legal workflows, documentation standards, and contract repositories.
• Support corporate governance, board documentation, and statutory compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory.
• LLM or higher qualification is preferred.
• 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in transactional legal work.
• Strong experience in real estate, corporate-commercial, and M&A transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, RERA, DLD, Escrow Law, Strata Law, and UAE commercial law.
• Prior experience in a law firm at Senior Associate or Partner level, or in-house with a real estate developer or corporate group.
• Demonstrated proficiency and certification in AI-powered legal tools such as Claude or Harvey AI.
• Hands-on experience using AI for contract analysis, due diligence, and legal research.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
