Details of the Job/Internship

Vutts & Associates LLP Advocates is hiring a Patent Associate to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves working on patent drafting, prosecution, and related intellectual property matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing and drafting patent applications.
• Conducting patentability searches.
• Preparing responses to First Examination Reports (FER).
• Attending hearings.
• Filing written submissions.

Eligibility

• Science background.
• Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Intellectual Property Laws.
• Proficiency in patent preparation and drafting.
• Strong understanding of patentability assessments and their practical implications.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant experience, particularly in intellectual property law, is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
