Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. is hiring a TME - Legal Contracts to join their Maharashtra office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence, lease execution, registration, and legal database management.
• Coordinate with lawyers for litigation and professional payments.
• Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Track and report pending contracts; maintain contract records on the portal.
• Ensure compliance with consumer laws and assist in dispute resolution.
• Conduct training sessions and create SOPs for internal legal processes.
• Digitize contracts and manage customer dispute portfolios.

Eligibility

Legal background with experience in contract management, advisory services, and dispute resolution.

Salary/Stipend
