Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring a KM Client Support professional with 3–6 years of experience to join their team in India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Knowledge and Learning Officer and senior team members in developing client-facing and internal products in traditional, graphic, and audio-visual formats.
- Ideate new products and assist the team with concept papers and proposals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors and assist in vendor management, invoice management, and finance-related tasks.
- Undertake market and sector research proactively and in response to briefs from internal stakeholders for knowledge-focused products.
- Identify challenges within the team, review feedback received, and suggest process improvements to reduce response time on deliverables.
- Delegate work to junior members, mentor them, provide constructive feedback, and supervise their progress.
- Build and manage relationships within the team and the firm to support knowledge management initiatives.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to identify important topics across practices and develop high-quality knowledge products.
- Motivate and guide junior team members with respect to knowledge management projects.
- Support research and knowledge activities of various teams within the firm and help simplify procedural complexities for lawyers participating in KM initiatives.
- Assist the team in preparing the annual KM budget.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised educational institution (compulsory).
- 3–6 years of relevant work experience in a law firm, in-house role, or Big4.
- Strong research and analytical skills to track and analyse key legal developments, issues, and legislation.
- Proficiency in drafting, updating, editing, and managing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with partners, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with familiarity with Excel formulas and analytical tools.
- Comfort with legal technology tools and AI-driven solutions for legal research, document review, and knowledge management processes.
- Strong organisational, time management, and programme coordination abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to take ownership of tasks and mentor junior team members.
