KYCKART is hiring for the position of KYC Compliance Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Decode circulars, guidelines, and notifications from RBI, NPCI, MeitY, and more.
- Translate regulatory speak into actionable steps for internal teams.
- Lead the charge on ISG questionnaires, DPDP Act compliance, and partner due diligence.
- Interface with banks, partners, auditors, and stakeholders—be the calm in the compliance storm..
- Draft and implement policies, SOPs, and internal compliance frameworks.
- Keep all documentation audit-ready and spotless.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in compliance or legal advisory (fintech/BFSI is a big plus).
- Familiarity with RBI/MeitY/DPDP Act/ISO 27001 frameworks and docs (you know them like your playlist).
- LLB or legal background preferred—but not a dealbreaker.
- Self-starter with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Obsessed with detail, never misses a deadline, unshaken by last-minute audit calls.
- Communicates clearly and humanely—no copy-paste jargon.
