GD & SN CO is hiring a Labor Law Compliance to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Labour Law Compliance: Execute ESIC and EPF Challan, UAN and ESIC generation, labor law registers month-wise, IW return, PT return, LWF return, bonus calculation, employment exchange return, payment of wages return, minimum wages return, employee compensation return, maternity return, gratuity compliance, and other labor law compliances.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of labour law compliance, Experience in providing training on labour law regulations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and indipendently
- Proficiency in MS office and other relevant software
- Experience in labour law consulting or related services is plus
