Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring for the position of Labour and Employment Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide employment law advisory support.
• Draft and review employment-related documentation.
• Handle employment due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Conduct HR audits.
• Undertake POSH and white-collar investigations.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Labour and Employment practice.
• Strong knowledge of employment advisory, documentation and investigations.

Salary/Stipend
