Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Employment Law Associate with 2–3 years of experience, preferably from law firms. The role involves advising and representing clients on employment law matters, regulatory compliance, workplace policies, and dispute resolution.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of employment and labour laws, including contracts, terminations, employee benefits, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Draft and review employment-related documents, HR policies, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and courts in employment disputes.
• Provide strategic guidance on employment law implications in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations.
• Advise clients on statutory compliance under various labour legislations.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in employment law, preferably in law firms.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, advisory, and communication skills.
