Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring a Lawyer specialized in labour/employment laws with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide specialized legal advisory on various labour and employment laws.
• Draft and review complex contract documentation and employment-related agreements.
• Conduct detailed legal analysis and counsel on the new Labour Codes.
• Assist with general corporate matters and provide legal support to diverse clients.
• Perform in-depth legal research and drafting of advisory notes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet client deliverables.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2–3 years of core experience in labour and employment law.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and drafting skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
