Details of the Job/Internship

Land Ports Authority of India is seeking a Labour Law and Arbitration Consultant to join its team in Delhi, India.

Role and Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for advising on labour laws, handling arbitration matters, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and drafting legal documents. The role requires conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, providing legal opinions, and representing the organization in legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Labour Law and Arbitration.
• Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing legal opinions.
• Proficiency in negotiation and settlement processes.
• Ability to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to represent the organization in legal proceedings.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or related field; a Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications and a proven track record in labour law and arbitration are beneficial.
