Details of the Job/Internship
Micron Electricals (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Labour Law and Compliance professional to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage labour audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on labour and compliance matters.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates arising from changes in labour laws.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and regulatory frameworks in India.
- Experience in labour audits and handling legal documentation.
- Strong analytical, research, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
