Tax Manntri Consultancy Private Limited is hiring for the position of Labour Law Compliance Accountant to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with labour laws and related regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Ensure timely submissions of statutory filings.
• Conduct audits to verify regulatory adherence.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on labour law compliance.
• Resolve compliance-related issues.
• ollaborate with the team to implement compliance strategies.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and related regulations.
• Experience with payroll records, employee benefits and compliance filings.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Prior experience in labour law compliance or a similar area is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
