Details of the Job/Internship

Sohail & Co. / Sawani Consultants LLP is hiring Trainees/Associates to join their office in Surat, Gujarat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in labour law compliance activities, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and payroll.
• Support documentation, data management, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection and submissions.
• Assist in HR outsourcing and payroll processing.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Gradually handle client communication and advisory support.
• Support POSH, apprenticeship, and statutory compliance services.
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Eligibility

• No specific qualification required.
• Basic English communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
