Betamind Education is hiring for the position of Labour Law & Compliance Officer with 5 years of experience to join their office in Gwalior.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in compliance documentation and audit processes.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with labour authorities and government departments.
• Proficiency in drafting, maintaining, and filing compliance registers/returns.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, HR, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in statutory compliances, labour laws, and HR audits.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Codes, EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, and other statutory requirements.
