Details of the Job/Internship
ASC Group is hiring a Labour Law Compliance Executive to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain records and documentation related to statutory compliance.
- Prepare and manage regulatory filings.
- Liaise with government authorities for compliance matters.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments related to labour compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of labour-related issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in record-keeping, payroll compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Proficiency in auditing and risk assessment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compliance tools and MS Office.
