Details of the Job/Internship
Onix Renewable Ltd is hiring a Land & Legal Documentation Officer to join their office in Rajkot, Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Procure essential documents from land aggregators and government officials.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, title verification, and encumbrance checks (TSR documentation).
- Execute sale deeds, lease agreements, and other land-related legal documents.
- Coordinate with the Revenue department for land mutation and tax certificates.
- Draft and review legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, Power of Attorney, and deeds.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Land Reforms Act and Land Revenue Act.
- Obtain necessary approvals for non-agricultural land conversion.
- Monitor legal proceedings, respond to notices, and manage pending litigation.
Eligibility
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in documentation and document management processes.
- Experience with export documentation and management.
- Knowledge of land laws, revenue statutes, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, including in remote environments.
