Details of the Job/Internship

Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited (HREPL) is looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to join them at their office in Satara.

Role and Responsibilities

• The AGM will be responsible for overseeing all land acquisition activities, including identifying suitable land parcels, conducting due diligence, managing negotiations with landowners, and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
• The role involves coordinating with government bodies, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate land acquisition processes for renewable energy projects.
• The AGM will also be responsible for documentation, addressing land-related challenges, and generating innovative strategies to streamline acquisition processes.

Eligibility

• Experience in land acquisition processes, legal compliance, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of property laws, land surveys, and title clearance procedures.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute land acquisition strategies.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in computer systems and tools for data management and reporting.
• A degree in Law, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent proficiency in local languages and English is preferred.
