Details of the Job/Internship
Onix Renewable Ltd is hiring for the position of Land Acquisition Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Rajkot.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct land verification, validate documents, and manage land acquisition processes.
- Identify turbine routes and interpret site layouts using AutoCAD.
- Liaise with government offices and local authorities, including Collector, Mamlatdar, DILR, Police, and Forest departments.
- Address local concerns and negotiate with vendors, villagers, and stakeholders.
- Handle the company’s legal matters in various Gujarat courts to protect its interests.
- Draft and execute legal documents such as Power of Attorney, MOUs, Leave & License Agreements, and Land Agreements.
- Translate documents between Gujarati and English, and coordinate with internal teams and customers for legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Preference given to candidates with background in land or law).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, legal compliance, or O&M related to land.
