Details of the Job/Internship

Provident Housing Limited is hiring a Legal professional – Land Acquisition with experience of 5 years to join their organization in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead internal legal due diligence, including title search and verification.
• Oversee legal documentation and due diligence activities related to land acquisition.
• Manage revenue documentation and support land conversions, approvals, and statutory processes.
• Coordinate with government authorities for regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Facilitate collection and verification of legal documents from landowners.
• Draft, review, and finalize agreements, contracts, and deeds.
• Collaborate with external advocates to obtain legal clearances and manage end-to-end documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition and legal profile.
