Details of the Job/Internship
Fourth Partner Energy is hiring a Land Acquisition professional with 7–12 years of experience to manage end-to-end land aggregation for renewable energy projects across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra
Role and Responsibilities
- End-to-end land identification and aggregation.
- Legal due diligence and title verification.
- Land survey, measurement, and demarcation.
- Documentation, execution, and land registration.
- Physical land handover and site clearance.
- Obtaining local regulatory approvals and permissions.
- Stakeholder coordination and periodic reporting.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- LLB or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- 7–12 years of experience in land acquisition and regulatory approvals.
- Mandatory experience in land transactions and approvals in the respective state.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
