Details of the Job/Internship

Neuraleap Technology Group is hiring a Land Expert Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on land-related issues.
• Draft and review land agreements and contracts.
• Conduct legal research on land laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations regarding land transactions.
• Assist in resolving land disputes through mediation or litigation.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national land regulations.
• Conduct due diligence on land titles and ownership.
• Prepare legal documents for land acquisition processes.
• Advise clients on zoning laws and land use regulations.
• Collaborate with surveyors and other professionals on land assessments.
• Stay updated on changes in land legislation and policies.
• Deliver training sessions for clients on land law practices.
• Manage client relationships to maintain satisfaction and trust.
• Prepare presentations for court cases related to land disputes.
• Participate in community outreach to educate the public on land rights.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in Land Law or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer specializing in land law.
• Strong knowledge of local and national land legislation.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in dispute resolution and mediation.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Knowledge of environmental laws related to land use.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

Salary/Stipend
