Details of the Job/Internship
Neuraleap Technology Group is hiring a Land Diligence Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to conduct due diligence and provide legal support for land transactions at their Chennai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on land ownership and use.
- Review and draft legal documents related to land transactions.
- Perform due diligence investigations on land parcels.
- Assess risks and liabilities in land acquisitions.
- Advise on property laws and regulations.
- Negotiate transaction terms with stakeholders.
- Prepare legal findings and recommendation reports.
- Coordinate with clients and external parties.
- Stay updated on land law and compliance changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams on legal strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance in land development projects.
- Train junior legal staff.
- Assist in resolving land-related disputes.
- Maintain records of transactions and legal processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of experience as a land diligence lawyer or in a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of land laws and property regulations in India.
- Bar association membership preferred.
