Details of the Job/Internship

ReNew is hiring a Manager - Land & Legal in Gadag, Karnataka with 10-14 years of experience. The candidate must have an LLB qualification and expertise in land and legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to lead entire Karnataka projects and to lead a team of lawyers
• Responsible to interact, conduct meetings with other teams on a daily basis
• Excellent proficiency in reading, comprehending and drafting in Kannada, Hindi and English languages
• Working experience in handling title due diligence of agricultural lands
• Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, latest updates
• Working experience in handling land-related litigations
• Proficiency in MS office including Excel
• Ability to work as a team player
• Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple teams
• Ability to track data, create and maintain trackers on a daily basis
• Ability to handle large data and documents in due diligence
• Ability to think, research, discuss and provide resolution-based solutions on critical legal issues/matters frequently and regularly
• Highest level of integrity and work ethics.
